Dr. Anne Shrout is Board Certified and a Fellow of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her undergraduate training at Middlebury College. In 1991, she received her medical degree from The Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and completed her residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center in1995. She has spent 15 years of active duty service with the U.S. Army and the last 9 years in private practice. She has practiced in multiple locations during her career in the service, treating our country’s servicewomen and their families. She holds her primary board certification in obstetrics and gynecology with focused training in advanced pelvic surgery including minimally invasive techniques for prolapse, incontinence, fibroids, endometriosis, heavy periods, sterilization, difficult hysterectomies and tubal reanastomosis. She is highly skilled in laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and vaginal surgery. In addition, she offers expertise in high risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, basic infertility, perimenopuase & menopause and the abnormal pap smear. Now in her full-time career with CWC, she brings her expertise in these multiple fields to help patients achieve their maximum level of recovery from these conditions. She utilizes minimally invasive techniques and advanced endoscopic techniques and applies leading edge technology to help optimize patient outcomes.
