Dr. Norman has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for over 25 years at his current locations in Silver Spring and Laurel, Maryland. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and his medical degree from UTESA in the Dominican Republic. He is board certified in OB/GYN and a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been recognized in the Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Doctors.  He has a special interest in exercise and nutrition. His other interests include high-risk obstetrics, infertility, general gynecology, and Novasure/Essure procedures. He currently has privileges at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring and performs outpatient surgery at Women’s Surgical Center of Maryland in Rockville. He has been married for 30 years and has three children.
